Easy Burnt Cheese Cake Recipe

Let me share with you guys a super EASY PEASY Burnt Cheese Cake recipe that literally took less than 5 minutes with just 7 ingredients, yet unbelievable smooth and creamy texture.
Burnt Basque Cheesecake Ingredients
- 250 grams of Tatura Crème Cheese
- One small box of whipping cream (200 ml)
- ½ cup of sugar (100 gram)
- 2 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk
- A pinch of salt
- A teaspoon of vanilla essence
- Two table spoon of cake flour or wheat flour
You can either use Air Fryer — bake at 180 for 25- 30 minutes or Oven — bake at 180 for 25- 30 minutes
STEP by STEP
- Pre heat you oven for 10 minutes
- And all you need is a blender.
- Add cream cheese and whipping cream together and blend for let say 20 seconds.
- Add sugar and blend for another 20 seconds.
- I took out about 2 spoonful of cheese cream mixture and put it in a small piping bag for decorating later.
- Add 2 whole and egg yolk and blend for 20 seconds.
- Add the rest remaining ingredient and blend for let say 30 seconds until they are smooth with no lumps.
- Prep you baking tray by lining a parchment paper, pour the mixture and bake for 25- 30 minutes.
- Let your cake rest outside at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before keeping it in the refrigerator.
For decoration
Add a drop of any food coloring you like, mine I add rose syrup as its pink and beautiful for mother’s day. You can use any small plastic and cut off a tiny end for easy piping.
